Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A wagering requirement of 15 times applies to this bonus.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳2,000 — total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳16,000 or more and the bonus is capped at ৳15,000 — total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. The bonus balance will not convert to cash balance until the wagering requirement has been completed.

• Not all games may contribute equally toward wagering — the contribution rate for specific games may vary.
• Each bonus has a set time limit for use. If the wagering requirement is not completed within that time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time — another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.

5.3 VIP Program

cd2222's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier changes depend on your gaming activity and are determined at cd2222's discretion.

5.4 General Rules for Promotional Offers

• Specific terms and conditions apply to all promotional offers — please read the terms before accepting any offer.
• cd2222 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, cd2222 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• All promotional offers are for personal use only — organised or group bonus hunting is prohibited.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to placing bets on the cd2222 platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, cd2222 reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• The decision of the relevant authority in determining the outcome of an event is final.

• Operating an account under a third party's identity.

• Harassment or harmful behaviour toward other members.
• Filing false chargeback claims.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Rights of cd2222

cd2222 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns.
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory authority.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

8.2 Member Rights

You may request the closure of your own account at any time. Please ensure you withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. If an account is closed under a self-exclusion program, it may not be possible to reopen it before the specified period has ended.
